The sea venture programme is run alongside the sea scout programme and caters for scouting members aged 16-18.

The programme allows older scouts more freedom, developing their own activities and participating in more adventurous expeditions.  There has been a tradition in the section for members to take part in tall ships voyages, the latest being the 2019 on board the Pelican of London and the Maybe
